Great place to live! Very peaceful and my neighbors are fabulous! The staff is very accommodating and the maintenance department is on their game whenever needed! You can't beat the location. Within a 2 to 4 mile radius you will want for nothing. I highly recommend considering Arden @ Huntersville if you are looking for a senior community to live in!

Love living at Arden Huntersville. The best choice I made for myself. Property is lovely. Staff friendly and professional. They have the best activities. Neighbors are friendly. Great location.

I thoroughly enjoy living here. The community managers are friendly, engaged, and great at keeping the schedule filled with fun events. The amenities are great, free coffee a nice perk, and the location make it easy to get to all the important venues without hitting the worst traffic spots.

The experience has been rewarding. The people that my wife and I have met have been warm, engaging, and upbeat about living at the Arden. The facility amenities are a big plus to the experience and encourage one to stay healthy and active.

I absolutely love it here. The residents are very friendly, the amenities are great--I love the various little places to sit - it expands the living space. I'm 79 years old and this is the first time I've lived on my own. I feel like I've been here a long time. The Arden is a beautiful facility and so clean and nice smelling. Love the classes.

This is a great idea because there are so many single elderly women living alone. This community gives us life again. I would recommend this place to all seniors living alone.

Arden at Huntersville is a very peaceful, beautiful place to live. My neighbors are very friendly and pleasant and, the front office staff is wonderful in helping with any need I may have. I highly recommend living at Arden in Huntersville for anyone looking for a 55+ community to live in.

I love living at Arden Huntersville. I love my apartment and my neighbors. The facility is always kept clean and maintenance is quick to respond. The staff are caring, friendly, and respect the residents. Arden has the best events and there is always something to do. We have fun here and enjoy being around each other. My best decision was moving here. I'm living my best life. 🕺💃🍷

Arden is a wonderful place to live with all the activities provided. You can always go to the ladies at the front with any problems or questions. People are just happy here.

I recently had a problem with the ceiling in the hall way. the maintenance staff came and did a great job making the repair. They were respectful and did an excellent job. When they finished, they also cleaned everything. I was very happy with the job they did.

I have been very happy living here at Arden and have already signed my second lease with them! The front office staff is very quick and accomadating whenever I needed repair work done in my apartment! They are very personable, helpful and professional! It is a very peaceful place to live and not as congested with traffic as other areas in Huntersville tend to be which makes it quick and convenient to get to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and medical needs the area has to offer!!!

My mother has had a lovely experience living in Arden at Huntersville. She constantly talks about how nice all of her fellow residents are, how quiet the building is as a whole and how friendly the staff is.

We have been greeted warmly, and graciously, at every turn. My wife Sarah, had an unexpected stay at the hospital and we got assistance from our fellow residents throughout. I'm very pleased.

The Community is warm, kind and full of wonderful stories from the residents.Feel safe and happy here.🙏🏿 There are fantastic events and on going activities at the Arden at Huntersville. Seeing your neighbors and stopping for a conversation is so inspiring and learning about someone new. Today has been a great day for just conversations about just being who you are.
