Haley Warner
Community Manager
With more than 10 years of experience making memories in the Charlotte area, including six years as a Huntersville resident, Haley is passionate about creating a community where residents feel comfortable, connected, and truly at home.
As Community Manager, Haley oversees the day-to-day operations of Arden while making resident satisfaction a top priority. From supporting residents and coordinating community needs to maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring the community runs smoothly, she is committed to creating an exceptional living experience from move-in and beyond.
With five years of experience at Greystar, Haley brings extensive property management expertise, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for people to her role. She believes being a Community Manager is much more than operations; it’s about building relationships, listening to residents, being someone they can count on, and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and cared for.
Heather Arena-Sinnott
Sales & Lifestyle Coordinator
Heather is our Lifestyle Coordinator at Arden and is passionate about creating a vibrant, welcoming community where residents feel connected, engaged, and truly at home. She plays a key role in bringing the Arden lifestyle to life by planning and coordinating events, themed parties, clubs, activities, and social experiences that give residents opportunities to connect and build meaningful friendships.
From organizing the monthly activities calendar and coordinating special events to getting to know residents and discovering new ways to bring people together, Heather is always looking for creative ways to make life at Arden fun and memorable. She loves creating experiences that encourage residents to get involved, try something new, meet their neighbors, and make Arden more than just a place to live, but a place to belong.
Outside of Arden, Heather is a busy mom who loves spending time with her family, decorating and creating cozy spaces, planning celebrations, and making memories with the people she loves. She’s happiest surrounded by good people, good food, and plenty of laughter!
Melissa Koenke
Sales Consultant
Melissa grew up in the Charlotte area and is proud to call the city home. As a Sales Consultant at Arden at Huntersville, she loves helping residents discover everything our community has to offer and find the home and lifestyle that best fits their needs.
From giving personalized community tours and showcasing Arden's beautiful community to answering questions, guiding families through the leasing process, and helping make the move to Arden feel seamless, Melissa is passionate about creating a welcoming and personalized experience every step of the way. She especially enjoys getting to know each person she meets and helping them envision what life at Arden could look like.
When she’s not helping others find their perfect place at Arden, you’ll likely find Melissa out for a run or exploring the area with her dog, Annie, by her side. She loves staying active, connecting with people, and being part of the wonderful greater Charlotte and Huntersville communities.
Robert Bell
Service Supervisor
Robert Bell is our Service Supervisor at Arden at Huntersville, bringing hands-on property management experience and a strong background in maintenance, leadership, and customer service. Since transitioning into property management, Robert has worked in both North and South Carolina, growing in his career and achieving
At Arden, Robert oversees the community’s service and maintenance needs, helping ensure residents receive timely, dependable support and that our homes, amenities, and common areas are well maintained. His technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continued learning make him a valuable resource for both residents and the service team.
Originally from Asheville, NC, Robert enjoys being back near family and friends. Outside of Arden, he loves spending time outdoors, fishing, swimming, and hiking.
